About this website
This website is operated by Chapter Creator LLC, with a business mailing address at 329 S Shanley Ave, Pinedale, WY 82941, USA. It introduces our book creation services and provides information for prospective clients and partners. These terms address use of the website; paid work is governed by a separate project agreement.
Inquiries and project agreements
Completing the inquiry form, opening an email, or discussing an idea does not place an order, reserve capacity, create a partnership, or commit either party to paid work. The website does not accept payments or sell books directly. A project begins only when the relevant parties agree its terms.
The project agreement establishes scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, timelines, revisions, cancellation and refund arrangements, confidentiality, intellectual property, approvals, and responsibilities. Any revenue share or hybrid arrangement is negotiated individually, including how revenue, costs, reporting, and payment are calculated. Website descriptions do not replace that agreement.
Your materials and our content
Only share material you own or have permission to provide. Sending an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your ideas or materials. Please agree confidentiality and handling arrangements with us before sharing unpublished manuscripts or other confidential material.
Website text, branding, design, and studio concepts belong to Chapter Creator LLC or their respective rights holders. You may view the site, share links, and use material as permitted by applicable law. Other reproduction, commercial reuse, or use that suggests our endorsement requires permission. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.
Studio concepts and editorial information
Books labeled as studio concepts are original demonstrations of creative direction. They are not client engagements, published books, testimonials, or sales evidence. Journal articles provide general information; they are not individualized legal, financial, or professional advice.
Project outcomes and outside services
We do not guarantee sales, audience growth, retailer acceptance, publishing deals, or financial returns. Printing, distribution, fulfillment, platform accounts, and third-party charges are included only where expressly agreed in a project scope. External links do not imply endorsement, and outside services have their own terms.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, send malicious material, impersonate another person, or infringe another person’s rights. Use the inquiry tools for relevant, lawful communications.
Availability and applicable rights
We aim to keep information accurate and the site available, but content and services may change and the website may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, general website information is supplied without a guarantee of completeness or fitness for a particular project. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Any project-specific warranties or remedies belong in the project agreement.
Privacy and contact
Our privacy policy explains the current website and inquiry handling. For questions about these terms or a proposed project, email [email protected] or write to our business mailing address above.
Updates
We may update these website terms as the site evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes here do not, by themselves, amend an existing signed project agreement.
